“I am delighted to have joined the FCA Network management team,” said Ghetto. “As FCA Network progresses to a new stage of growth, I’d like to emphasize that one of our primary goals is not to be the largest retail group... it is to be the most profitable to our members' bottom lines while maintaining the foundation of family upon which our group was built.”
Network executives are very pleased to welcome Barth to their team, and are confident that his talents will be an invaluable asset to the company.
"Barth’s expertise in creating marketing and membership programs will benefit FCA Network in ways that go beyond the obvious membership enrollment goals,” said Olga Robertson, COO. “He has extensive experience in sales and marketing, having started his career right out of college at Armstrong World Industries as senior marketing representative. Then, he added over 600 locations in the 10 years he spent at CCA Global. I am confident that Barth will breathe new life into our organization, and I look forward to learning from him and growing with him.”
“Barth is a talented visionary, and I am confident that all the members of FCA Network will benefit tremendously from his leadership,” said Miranda Hill, CFO. “His extensive background in the flooring industry, and particularly his experience with building groups, make him the ideal candidate to guide our buying group to a new level of success.”
“With an impressive industry track record of building successful, sustainable groups, and an extraordinary degree of sales and marketing experience, Barth Ghetto is the right person to bring FCA Network to its full potential as a member-focused merchandising group,” said Bob Hill.
Prior to his appointment with FCA Network, Ghetto held a variety of posts within the industry, including his most recent role as COO of World of Floors, where he created national marketing and membership programs for the company’s franchises.
