Chairman of the Board

Bob is the founder and president of FCA, and serves as a key advisor to FCA Network on business strategies and programs.

Under Bob's leadership and direction, FCA has grown from a single location in rural Will County, Illinois, to a $100 million retail operation with five locations throughout western Chicagoland, a commercial division, an online store, and the FCA Design Center, which sells furniture and custom draperies.

Bob is a major figure in the floor covering industry, highly respected for his leadership as well as his business accomplishments. He is a Past-President of the National Floorcovering Alliance, a group of the largest floor covering retailers in America.

In 2007, he concluded a productive term as Chairman of the World Floor Covering Association, the industry's major trade organization. He is frequently consulted by major manufacturers on industry issues. He has been honored with numerous industry awards, both local and national.

Barth Getto

CEO

Barth is the Chief Executive Officer of FCA Network, and is responsible for the marketing, maintenance, expansion and support of all FCA Network dealerships.

Prior to joining FCA Network in 2007, Barth served as the President of Group Builders, where he advised the senior management teams of aligned dealer networks, and developed training programs for employees and managements.

A flooring industry veteran of 24 years, Barth has held various positions with CCA Global Partners, and has served as a territory manager for J.P.S. Carpet Corporation, Shaw Industries and Armstrong World Industries.

Olga Robertson

COO

Olga has been with FCA Network since its inception in 1997, and is responsible for developing and implementing new product programs and negotiating pricing and financing programs for FCA Network dealers.

In addition to her role on the FCA Network executive team, Olga is the carpet buyer for Floor Covering Associates, a major flooring retailer in the Chicago area. She has been with the company for 31 years, and has served in a variety of positions throughout the years.

In 2006, Floor Covering News named Olga one of the top 20 most influential women in the floor covering industry.

Cindy VanSteen

Vice President of Business Development

Cindy joined FCA Network in 2008 as the Vice President of Business Development, and is responsible for developing new sales and marketing programs for dealers, conducting dealer business consultations and expanding the group's membership.

Prior to joining FCA Network, Cindy served as the North American Director of the STAINMASTER Flooring Centers® with INVISTA, where she was responsible for the premier aligned flooring dealers across the country.

Cindy's past positions also include Director of Member Relations for CCA Global Partners and Director of the Flooring America Franchise Division.
